Before booking, please consider the number of passengers and amount of luggage.
For example, a Toyota Alphard can comfortably fit 6 passengers with 6 cabin-size bags.
However, if you have 6–7 passengers with 2 XL suitcases and 6 cabin bags, a Starex or Staria would be more suitable for the journey.
To secure availability and better pricing, we strongly recommend booking your transfer in advance.
Keep in mind that peak travel times, public holidays, and local events might affect vehicle availability so planning ahead helps avoid last-minute issues.

Our cancellation terms apply to all transportation services:
Cancellations made more than 3 days before the scheduled booking are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made 2 days before the scheduled booking are eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking are non-refundable.
In the event of force majeure, we will issue a full refund.
